These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and subscriptions provided by IPTV-CA.ca (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you (“subscriber,” “user,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

IPTV-CA.ca provides subscribers with access credentials to IPTV services delivered by our authorized third-party content distributors. We do not host or broadcast content ourselves. Service features, channel line-ups, and on-demand catalogues are determined by our content partners and may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By subscribing, you confirm that IPTV services are lawful in your country or region of residence.

3. Account & Credentials

Upon purchase, you will receive personal access credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials strictly confidential
• Use the service on the number of devices included in your plan
• Not resell, resupply, share, or sublicense your credentials to any third party

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Subscription, Payment & Renewal

Subscription fees are payable in advance, in Canadian dollars (unless otherwise specified), and are charged at the rates listed at the time of purchase. Unless you have opted into auto-renewal, subscriptions do not automatically renew. Prices may change from time to time; changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for.

5. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability. However, because content is delivered by third-party distributors over public internet infrastructure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, buffering, or content removals by our partners may occur.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the service or its security
• Record, rebroadcast, or commercially redistribute any content accessed through the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract content or credentials

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the service is the property of its respective rights holders. Subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view content for private, non-commercial use only.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV-CA.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV-CA.ca, its affiliates, and its partners from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Insert province, e.g., Quebec or Ontario] and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.
